In collaboration with Bristol Girls Can, this programme equips participants with the skills to tackle ‘locker-room’ culture, sexual harassment and different forms of sexual and domestic abuse across the sport and physical activity sector. This active bystander programmes takes participants through the four key stages required to become an active bystander and change harmful cultures: noticing, interpreting as a problem, assuming responsibility and taking the appropriate action.
