Wesport wishes to Inspire People through participation in sport and physcial activity and is therefore launching its campaign, Try It! Love It! Live It! This campaign will be underpinned by a number of innovative and exciting projects delivered across the West of England.
Following on from the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, there has never been a better opportunity to take part in sport and physical activity and be part of the mass participation legacy of the Games.
The School Games is the government's strategy for school sport and a key legacy from the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. It is designed to complement existing school competition and other initiatives and encourage as many young people to participate in sport.
Primary schools have received direct funding from the Government to develop P.E. and School Sport.
